I just follow the instructions on how to replicate the HHO cell generator, the bubbler, etc., and installed the kit a moth ago. I did 25 MPG and my car is listed 15 MPG!

Since I installed 3 HHO cells, I noticed 35 % mileage increase with my 2.5 engine. I'm making now 42 miles per gallons and I haven't installed the Fuel Heater yet.
